This article focuses on managing a Kano Store account from a customer's perspective.
My Account
To explore your Kano Store from the customer's perspective, create a test customer account on your Kano Store. Once you are logged in, access My Account from your name in the upper right corner.
My Account gives you an overview of your account information, recent orders, subscriptions, and unlock codes.
To access My Account, click My Account at the upper-right corner of the page under your account name.
| Account Information | In the Account Information section, you can view and edit your contact information and newsletter subscription status. |
| In the Address Book section, you can view and edit your Default Billing Address and your Default Shipping Address. | |
| In the Recent Orders section, you can view the status and information of your most recent orders. You can also repurchase previous orders. |
My eLearning
My eLearning gives you access to the Kano Learn courses that you have purchased from the Kano Store website.
Access Your Courses
- First, log in to your Kano Store account and click on My Account on the upper-right corner of the page.
- On the side panel menu of the account page, select My eLearning.
- In My eLearning, you can access all of your enrolled courses and view a course's Enrolment Type, your Assign and Start Dates, your [Progress] Status, and your End Date and Date Completed.
- To access course content, you can click on one of the Course Titles, or the Go to Course Button.
- From the course page, click My eLearning to return your customer account on the Kano Store.
My Orders
My Orders gives you an overview of your orders, invoices, and shipments. It also gives you the option to Reorder any products you would like to purchase again.
First, log in to your Kano Store account and click on My Account on the upper-right corner of the page. On the side panel menu of the account page, select My Orders.
| View Order |
To look at the status and information of a particular order, click View Order under the Action column. The resulting page shows the order's status, which is located beside the order number. It also shows the basic information of the purchased product(s), such as the product name, price, and quantity. |

To look at the invoice of a particular order, click View Order under the Action column. Then, click Invoices. The resulting page shows the order's invoice. If you would like to print a particular invoice, you can click Print Invoice beside the specific invoice number. If you would like to print all invoices, click Print All Invoices above the invoice number. |
| Order Shipments |
To look at the shipment information of a particular order, click View Order under the Action column. Then, click Order Shipments. The resulting page shows the order's shipment. If you would like to print a particular shipment, click Print Shipment beside the shipment number. If you would like to print all shipments together, click Print All Shipments. If you would like to track a particular shipment, click Track this Shipment on the right-hand side of the page. |
My Downloadable Products Overview
My Downloadable Products gives you an overview of the downloadable products that you have purchased at the Kano Store website.
First, log in to your Kano Store account and click on My Account on the upper-right corner of the page. On the side panel menu of the account page, select My Downloadable Products.
Access Downloadable Products
On the My Downloadable Products page, you can access your products by clicking on the link underneath the PDF title.
Clicking on the order number directs you to the order information page.
Status refers to the availability of the downloadable product.
Remaining Downloads refers to the number of remaining downloads left for the product.
My Subscriptions Overview
My Subscriptions gives you an overview of all the active subscriptions that you have purchased on the Kano Store website.
First, log in to your Kano Store account and click on My Account on the upper-right corner of the page. On the side panel menu of the account page, select My Subscriptions.
Edit Your Subscription Payment Details
To edit the payment details of your subscription, click Edit under the Actions column. Then click the Add New Card link, which will redirect you to the My Saved Cards page. Here, you can delete any pre-existing cards, or you can enter a new card. Once you are complete, return to the My Subscriptions page and ensure that your new card is selected, and click Save.
Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, click Cancel under the Actions column. You will then be prompted to confirm your cancellation.
Unlocking Store Products
Customers are able to purchased locked products through using an unlock code that has been provided to them.
- At the Kano Store website, when a locked product is searched for, the website will indicate that it is locked.
- Click Here to access the Unlock Code page.
- Enter the unlock code into the field and click Submit to unlock the product. Now, the product becomes accessible to purchase.
